We are in 70's and 80's and to walk from parking lot to casino or hotel is very difficult. The line to get into the Buffett is ridiculous and people in line for 30 to 45 minutes. The food at the Buffett is very low standard and way over priced.
You can not ever get c cup of coffee and it is only gotten through a beverage server, and the coffee is terrible. Between Christmas and New Years we lost over 6 grand and never once played a paying machine. There si parking along the one end of casino hotel but it is for Vallie only and gated otherwise you walk 3 or 4 city blocks from the parking lot to the hotel and then there is the problem of your bags to get to the hotel. Then you ha e to park the distance of a foot ball field and walk to the casino/hotel. The personal at the service desk seem to care less. You can not get into your room till near or after 4 pm. I have tried to address these issues and we will not need to address them again. The both experiences were the worse than the one before.
